Targeting a company’s critical change levers, Sharon enables executives to embed the leadership capabilities necessary to drive their business results.
As Director of Change Leadership at a Fortune 50 networking giant, Sharon built its first global change office, growing a community of 1300+ change agents, leading adoption of a common change methodology and consulting directly to dozens of internal initiative leaders. Her team’s approach to building enterprise-wide Change Agility was featured in Talent Development magazine in 2011.
Sharon is Founding Member of ACMP, a past speaker at ACMP Conferences, Board Chair APTi (www.aptinternational.org) and is a frequent speaker on leadership, change and personality type. She lives in Palo Alto, CA with her adorable daughter, pun-loving husband and cat who thinks she’s a dog.
