Karen Miller has more than 23 years of experience in the IT industry. She currently is the Director of the Microsoft IT Business Readiness team and manages the IT People Readiness Program focusing on defining and improving the IT change management capabilities and processes. She has worked in a variety of business roles at Microsoft since 1997, including Chief of Staff, Business Manager, Group Manager, Sr. Procurement Manager and Sr. PM of Evangelism for Online Services. Karen has a great deal of passion for the people side of change and is dedicated to minimizing the chaos and impact that comes from unmanaged change at Microsoft IT. Karen is a member of ACMP and actively participates in the ACMP PNW Chapter.
