Principal Readiness Program Manager
Whitney Ferguson has more than 20 years of experience in change management and project management. She currently is a Principal Readiness Program Manager in Microsoft IT and has worked at Microsoft since 2003 focusing on driving change and project management capabilities for different organizations within the company. Prior to Microsoft, Whitney spent twelve years split between The Boeing Company and Eddie Bauer primarily in project management and process improvement-focused roles. Whitney is a certified Prosci Change Management Professional since 2009 and is on the ACMP PNW Chapter Board.
